This excellent free app (or it can be accessed online) leads you through 6 wellness skills (tracking, resourcing, grounding, gesturing, help now, and shift/stay) after experiencing stress or trauma. It includes a simple and understandable explanation as to why balancing the nervous system is so important. It also describes how these skills are effective ways to help reset and balance our stressed out nervous system, which in turn helps grow our resilience and helps us feel better.
